Hall will be open: 12:00 Noon: Close 12:00 Midnight. Hall Mgr. must approve all other  time arrangements.
Three (3) month NOTICE of CANCELLATION is REQUIRED for a deposit refund.

RESTRICTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1.  Possession or consumption of liquor by a MINOR and serving to ANYONE
       INTOXICATED is PROHIBITED & ILLEGAL.  It shall be the RESPONSIBILITY of the person(s)
       renting the Hall (signer of contract) to inform their guests of the rules in advance of the function.

   2.  All personnel serving any type of alcoholic beverage SHALL be TEXAS ALCOHOLIC
        BEVERAGE COMMISSION certified or someone in charge to be.

   3.  No liquor (tenant's) is served after the KC bar is open.
   4.  All beer served must be provided by the KC Hall.  No beer brought into the Hall by
        outside source.
   5.  No drinks are allowed or carried on the dance floor during the GRAND MARCH or Dances.
   6.  Before GRAND MARCH, tenant must make sure all the DANCE FLOOR is swept, the garbage
        taken to dumpster, and plastic trash can liners are replaced.
   7.  Tenant is responsible for keeping children and unauthorized personnel off the STAGE and Hall
        furniture (tables) other than specific use.
   8.  Tenant is not allowed to charge ADMITTANCE to hall, other than approved by Hall Mgr.
   9.  "FUNCTION SET-UP" must be approved by Hall Mgr.
 10.   Hall Furniture/equipment shall not be removed from the KC Hall.
 11.   No decorations shall be hung from the walls, ceilings, ceiling fans, exception-doorways & bulletin
          boards.
 12.   No shoe polish or paint shall be applied to KC building, including sidewalk/pavement.
 13.   No rice, confetti, hay, grass etc. allowed inside or outside hall for decoration or throwing.
 14.   NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HALL

It is understood that any violation of the above RULES and any DAMAGE to the premises caused during the date of the function is the responsibility of the TENANT and will be repaired or paid for to the satisfaction of the Knights of Columbus by the TENANT.  All safety and health REGULATIONS shall be enforced and must be observed.   The KC Hall is not responsible for accidents and items lost or left over night.  The Hall Mgr. has the right to add or amend this agreement at anytime.  If the Hall and Tenant do not agree on "the changes," this contract will be null and void.
The text of this agreement must not be altered, by TENANT, in any way.  If altered, the CONTRACT will become null and void.  REMEMBER, this date will remain open until the agreement is signed and a down payment is made.
