Special Considerations for pavilion charge will be made by Hall management!
Clean-up will be done by the renter....trash cans shall be emptied into dumpster & spills

BEER GARDEN PAVILION USE FEE

***$50.00 refunded if renter cleans area.
      Trash cans shall be emptied into dumpster.
      Spills shall be mopped or hosed off.
      All tables and benches cleared and wiped if needed.

HALL OF FAME USE FEE

If booked along with hall during event................................................................................$50.00

OTHER AND MISCELLANEOUS FEES

LAW OFFICER REQUIRED AT ALL WEDDINGS AFTER 7 P.M.........................................$125.00
(If you provide your own security, they must be approved by the Security Coordinator)

KC BAR CLOSED DURING EVENT.......AFTER 7 P.M......COST PER HOUR ....................$150.00

TABLE AND/OR CHAIR SET-UP BY MANAGEMENT (other than normal arrangement)…..$50.00

CHARGE FOR ICE FOR USE OTHER THAN WITH MEAL (EXP.  MIXED DRINKS)..........$25.00

DECORATING DURING WEEK W/MINIMUM AC..........cost per day.....................................$50.00

KC HALL PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM MAY BE USED BY RENTAL PARTIES, HOWEVER…
When using the cordless mike, a deposit of $150.00 is required. The deposit will be refunded when the mike(s) are returned in working order.
